He has also been to Texas University, USA for his certification in Distribution Management & Negotiation Skills. He has a vast experience in Renewable Energy Sector and has a very in-depth knowledge of Solar Manufacturing & Marketing of Solar Products. He was one of the pioneer of Franchise Model in Solar Industry. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Cosmic PV Power and has been a driving force in setting up the manufacturing facility.
Mr. Jenish Ghael is a Commerce Graduate and came from a very highly reputed Surat Based 45 years old Ghael Group. A leader in textile Industry Ghael Family is in business since 1975. Carrying forward the rich legacy and extensive manufacturing experience of the Ghael group Mr. Jenish has founded Cosmic PV Power.
Mr. Jenish has more than half a decades experience in Solar EPC and Solar Components Trading Business. He has successfully Solarized more than 1000 establishment in last 6 years.
Due to her passion to enlighten the world with green energy; Maitry Ghael despite of having master's degree in Laws decided to be the integral Part of Cosmic and looking after the Legal & Compliance Division of Company. She was a Commerce Graduate Prior to her Masters in Laws this dual knowledge of Commerce and Law has made her Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions in the business.
Ms. Surabhi Sahu is an Engineering Graduate who has spent most of her time post-graduation into Human Resources Department. She has a vast knowledge and experience of Head Hunting, Recruitment and HR Policies. She has also served two Delhi based well renowned HR Firms with her services in Past.
Her Knowledge of Human Resources helping company managing all the Policies very smoothly and her interpersonal skills helping company managing a healthy relation with each of its Employees.
Mr. Sanjeev Verma is the newly appointed Director, Cosmic PV Power Pvt. Ltd. With 16 years experience with Reliance in the field of Projects and Maintenance of Petrochemical and Refinery Plants. Worked 8 years in various locations in Middle East, South Asian Countries with world's biggest brands. In depth knowledge of Project designing and annual maintenance contracts to enhance after sales commitments. Pioneer role in Implementation Six Sigma, ISO and Industrial safety, Kaizen suggestion system and 5S for improving productivity of organization. He will lead the company’s renewable energy initiatives, driving growth, innovation and digital transformation for a sustainable future.
Shri Suresh Chandra M. Sahu is a retired Executive Engineer (EXEN) from Gujarat Government Water Supply and Sewage Board. Prior to Cosmic Mr. S. M. Sahu has worked at GWSSB Office Limdi, Dhrangadhra in Surendranagar, Barwala in Botad, Sabarkundla in Amreli and in Veraval District. His last posting was in Water and Sanitation Management Organization (WASMO) – Vyara, Tapi, Gujarat. Mr. Sahu has executed First Prestigious Narmada Bulk Water Pipeline Project from Navada -Barwala to Botad and Navada- Barwala to Valbhipur- Bhavnagar. He has supervised many underground drainage and Water Supply Projects. As a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 40 years of experience he is not only looking after our all Administration at Plant Level but also helping us maintaining our Setup of Global Standard.
Mr. Solanki is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer from SVNIT, Surat and has brought more than a 25 Years of Project Experience to Cosmic PV Power. He is not only heading Global Energy Corporation a firm into Power & Energy Projects but also prior to Cosmic PV Power he has also served some Global Companies as Project head and Project Manager like Tractor India Limited; Clarke Energy India, Piramal Glass Ltd, Welspun Syntex Limited and M A R AL Bahar - Dubai. He look after our all Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
Experienced and motivating management professional with a strong background of more than 27 years in different National & International environments covering corporate brand building and Marketing Communication. A dedicated leader of Solar Industry with the ability to motivate teams to deliver at peak performance, improving efficiency and effectiveness and positively impacting revenue. A proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning, market mapping, planning & execution, account management, competitor and market analysis, Event Management National & International, Key Account Management, Business Operations & Marketing through brand management.
Mr. Kumar Utkarsh has joined our leadership team as Vice President , International Business . He comes with a vast experience of more than 12 years, he has worked with BCG Boston Consultancy Group (One of the Big 4 management consulting firms) and Evalueserve .
He is the one who has founded one of the most successful Research Firm 5dots Partners and worked as a Managing Director of this research and analytics firm. During his work tenure he has worked across various topics including Transportation and logistics, Strategy, Operations and Supply Chain. He is a certified supply chain professional from Indian Institute of technology delhi. He has international exposure to more than 20 countries while working with some prestigious clients.
Shri Ashok M. Dave is our Chief mentor and Advisor, He is Retired Principal District Judge and his last posting was in Ahmedabad. Currently he is serving as President Consumer Court Surat and also render Services as the Chairman of Fees Regulatory Committee (FRC) Surat Zone Gujarat. At Cosmic he always guide us, give us concise and constructive feedback to us which help to Company to improve and achieve its Goals. A Graduate Electrical Engineer from SVNIT, Mr. R P Gotawala is having around 35 Years of versatile Experience in Electricity Power Supply (up to 220 KV line), Energy Audit, Power Transmission and distribution, O&M, Liasioning work with DISCOM, CEIG, GETCO and is also the Retired Class 1 Officer from government utility DGVCL. He is guiding us in our all Major Big Projects whether it is Commercial Projects of Industries or Ground Mounted Projects.
